Terms of Service

Each Host represents and warrants that: • The listed vehicle is covered by a valid motor insurance policy • The insurance policy legally permits the vehicle to be used for rental or commercial hire purposes where required under applicable Sri Lankan law • The insurance policy remains active throughout the listing period • All insurance information provided is accurate and current Hosts bear sole responsibility for: • Maintaining legally compliant insurance • Ensuring rental use is not excluded under their policy • Managing claims under their own insurance policy Rydemor does not verify the adequacy, scope, or validity of Host insurance policies and makes no representation regarding coverage sufficiency.

Rydemor may, in the future, facilitate access to optional additional insurance coverage through a licensed third-party insurance provider. Such coverage: • Will be underwritten and issued solely by the third-party insurer • Will be subject to separate insurance policy terms • May include exclusions, deductibles, and claim conditions • Does not replace the Host's mandatory insurance obligations Rydemor acts solely as a facilitator or distributor of such insurance products and does not: • Underwrite risk • Guarantee claims approval • Provide insurance advisory services • Assume insurer obligations All insurance claims must be submitted directly to the insurer in accordance with their policy terms.

Rydemor does not guarantee: • That any damage will be covered • That any insurance claim will be approved • That coverage limits will be sufficient • That deductibles will be reimbursed Users and Hosts are responsible for reviewing insurance documentation before relying on coverage.

Any dispute relating to insurance coverage, claim decisions, or reimbursement shall be resolved directly between: • The claimant and • The applicable insurance provider Rydemor shall not be liable for insurance claim denials, delays, or disputes.
