Safety Guidelines

Hosts must ensure each vehicle: • Is mechanically safe and roadworthy • Has functioning brakes, steering, lights, mirrors, and tires • Has no active safety recalls (if applicable) • Has valid registration and revenue license Vehicles with known mechanical defects must not be listed.

Hosts must: • Perform regular servicing according to manufacturer recommendations • Maintain tire tread within legal limits • Ensure warning lights are not active • Replace worn or unsafe components promptly Failure to maintain vehicles may result in suspension.

Vehicles must be delivered in: • Clean interior condition • Free from hazardous debris • Free from strong chemical or fuel odors Biohazard contamination must be professionally cleaned.

Before each rental, Hosts should: • Inspect exterior and interior • Document condition with timestamped photos • Verify fuel level • Confirm no dashboard warning indicators This protects both Host and User.

Users must: • Hold a valid driving license recognized in Sri Lanka • Meet minimum age requirements • Not drive under suspension Hosts may verify identification prior to handover.

Users must not: • Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs • Engage in reckless or dangerous driving • Use vehicles for illegal purposes • Participate in racing or speed testing • Overload the vehicle beyond manufacturer limits Violation may result in termination and legal reporting.

Only drivers approved under the booking may operate the vehicle unless explicitly permitted.
