Renter Agreement

Rydemor is a technology marketplace intermediary connecting vehicle owners ("Hosts") with renters. Rydemor: • Does not own listed vehicles • Does not operate transportation services • Is not a vehicle rental company • Is not a party to the rental contract • Does not guarantee vehicle condition A legally binding rental agreement is formed directly between you and the Host upon booking confirmation.

You represent and warrant that: • You are at least 18 years old • You hold a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle category • You are legally permitted to drive under Sri Lankan law • Your license is not suspended or revoked You may be required to provide additional identity verification.

Upon confirmation: • A legally binding rental agreement is formed directly between the Host and the Renter, governed by the applicable platform agreements and booking details. • The Host determines vehicle availability and condition. • You agree to comply with the Host's stated rental terms. Rydemor is not responsible for enforcing rental terms between parties.

You acknowledge that: • Vehicles are owned and maintained by Hosts • Rydemor does not inspect vehicles • You must inspect the vehicle before accepting it By taking possession, you confirm the vehicle is in acceptable condition unless documented otherwise.

You agree to: • Operate the vehicle lawfully • Not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs • Not allow unauthorized drivers • Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes • Not sublease or transfer possession • Not use the vehicle for racing or hazardous activities You assume full responsibility for your operation of the vehicle.

You are responsible for: • Traffic violations • Parking tickets • Toll charges • Penalties incurred during the rental period Rydemor may share your information with authorities where legally required.

You are liable for: • Damage occurring during your rental • Mechanical damage caused by misuse • Theft resulting from negligence • Loss of keys or accessories Disputes regarding damage are primarily between you and the Host. Rydemor may facilitate communication but is not obligated to determine fault.

You authorize Rydemor to: • Process payments via third-party gateways • Collect service fees • Temporarily hold funds during dispute review All payments are subject to the Cancellation Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted under Sri Lankan law, Lithic Labs (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for: • Personal injury • Death • Vehicle malfunction • Accidents • Third-party misconduct • Indirect or consequential damages Total liability of Rydemor shall not exceed service fees paid to Rydemor in the previous six (6) months.

You acknowledge that: • Driving involves inherent risk • Vehicle accidents may result in injury or death • Mechanical failure may occur You voluntarily assume these risks.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lithic Labs (Pvt) Ltd from claims arising from: • Your negligent operation • Regulatory violations • Injury to third parties • Damage to property • Breach of this Agreement This indemnity survives termination.

Rydemor may suspend or terminate your account for: • Fraud • License misrepresentation • Dangerous driving complaints • Non-payment • Repeated disputes Termination does not remove outstanding liabilities.

Your personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. You agree not to misuse Host data.

Rydemor is not liable for events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, or cyber incidents.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. Failing resolution, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Courts of Sri Lanka shall have jurisdiction where arbitration is not applicable.

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
